Mental Health Crisis Team - The Mental Health Crisis Team in Auckland, known as the Urgent Response Service (URS) or Crisis Assessment Team (CAT), provides a 24/7 rapid response, assessment, and urgent care for individuals experiencing a serious mental health crisis. The service is for people whose situation has deteriorated to a degree that they need urgent specialist assessment and treatment, or who are at risk of harm to themselves or others.

Youthline Auckland - Youthline Auckland is a support service for young people aged 12-24, offering free and confidential. Youthline’s phone and text helpline is available 24/7, offering free, confidential support for young New Zealanders anytime, day or night, though their webchat service operates from 10 am to 10 pm. It is part of a nationwide organization with over 50 years of experience in providing support, mentoring, and workshops for young people, their families, and those who support them.

Peer TALK - Peer TALK phoneline is a free, confidential service in New Zealand that connects callers with a trained peer support worker who has personal, lived experience of mental health and/or addiction challenges. This phoneline operates between 5pm and Midnight, seven days a week, and will connect you with a trained peer support worker who will listen to your experience and help you access further help if needed.
