The art activities are either general member directed art, or sometimes we will have a special focus or an external tutor may teach a specific skill. While most of the activities are available every day, on certain days we have a particular focus which reflects the talents of the staff members present.
Card games, board games, pool, table tennis and using the computers are popular activities everyday.

MONDAY

Mondays are our dedicated sewing days when we bring out all our machines and overlockers. Our skilled sewing tutors are on hand to assist members with textile crafts, pattern cutting, tailoring, making and mending clothing and home wares.

WEDNESDAY

On Wednesday mornings  from 10am-12pm our stalwart volunteer Don rolls out the bowls mat for a few rounds of bowls. Dane and Sophie assists the members in a variety of art activities (9am - 12pm) then Dane leads the singing session in the late morning.

FRIDAY

Our talented tutor Karen is in to share her pottery skills (9am - 2pm).  Once a month Sophie and the members create a culturally focused meal from 10.30am.
